The room was silent & neat together with closets as well as modern amenities. The staff was very helpful the whole time of my stay.

The views were ugly.

The setting of hotel was great, to near by mall which had a lot of places to eat. Besides, it was really close to shopping and food court, public transport and many restaurants and tourist spots. I greatly enjoyed the room in good condition, the bed was exceptionally comfortable...

This hotel offers great value for the price. The rooms are clean and modern, with very comfortable beds. I particularly liked that the bathrooms have been updated to showers instead of bathtubs. The location is also fantastic, as it is right across the street from the Lechmere T station, making it convenient to explore the city without driving. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a fantastic omelette and a wide variety of options.

All aspects of this hotel met my expectations.
